30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Used or worn shoes

Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Important: We do not issue refunds for unclaimed parcels that are not picked up within the designated time frame. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely collection of their packages.
